Support and Customer Service

We provide support and customer service for all our products and services by phone and email. These are provided during our normal operating hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm ,Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.We normally operate a Christmas/New Year  shutdown for a two week period during which time support and customer service may be restricted.We can arrange out of hours support for customers on request for an additional charge.Our contact details can be found here.

Domain Name Registrations

Domain Name Registrations Renewal will be billed at the same fee per domain name every two years and thereafter every two years unless cancelled by the customer.

Domain Name Renewals will be invoiced 60 days prior to the renewal date to give the customer the chance to decide whether they wish to renew the domain or not.If we hear nothing back from the client within 30 days we will renew the domain name registration.

As a  domain registration agent we assume unless advised to the contrary that the customer give us permission to register their chosen domain names on their behalf.Domain Names will be registered in the customers name and with the contact name and address they provide.

Our charges for domain registration are inclusive of fees for transferring domain names to a new supplier, and/or for cancellation/termination of contract.
